WHAT THIS IS

Rule180 asks you to commit to one goal for one hundred eighty consecutive days and to submit proof of it every day. An automated engine reads that proof and decides whether the day counts.

It is a personal discipline tool. It is not coaching, therapy, medical advice, or professional instruction of any kind.

THE RULE, STATED PLAINLY

A day with no accepted proof by midnight in your own timezone resets your count to zero. So does proof the engine judges to be false.

The deadline is decided by the server’s clock and the timezone you chose when you committed. Changing your device’s clock does nothing.

Grace days are earned at milestones and must be spent deliberately, before the deadline. They are never spent for you, and they do not survive a reset.

A rejection does not cost you the day. You may submit again until the deadline.

THE ENGINE IS AUTOMATED, AND IT CAN BE WRONG

Verdicts are produced by an automated system using a large language model. It is designed to accept rather than accuse when it is unsure, but it will still sometimes be wrong.

A reset is a number in this app changing. It is not a judgement about you, and it has no consequence outside this app.

If you believe a verdict was wrong, write and say so. There is no automated appeal.

WHAT YOU AGREE NOT TO DO

Do not submit proof of something you did not do. That is the only rule that matters here, and defeating the engine defeats the product you came for.

Do not submit anything unlawful, anything depicting another person without their agreement, or anything you do not have the right to submit.

Do not attempt to interfere with the service, other people’s accounts, or the verification system.

WHAT YOU KEEP

Your proof is yours. Submitting it grants only the permission needed to run this service: to store it, to show it back to you, and to send it for automated evaluation.

No ownership is claimed over anything you write, photograph or record.

NO WARRANTY, AND THE LIMIT OF LIABILITY

The service is provided as it is. There is no guarantee it will be available, that verdicts will be correct, or that data will never be lost.

Nothing here is a substitute for keeping your own copy of anything you care about. The export exists for that reason.

To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to nothing, because this service is provided free of charge.

ENDING IT

You can delete your account at any time, which ends this agreement and removes your data.

Access may be withdrawn for the behaviour described above.

These terms and the privacy policy were last updated on 2026-08-04. Material changes will be shown in the app rather than quietly published.
