Rule180
Rule180 is a one-goal tracker for one hundred eighty days.
Choose one commitment that matters to you. For the next hundred and eighty days, leave an honest trace of the work: a recording, a photo, or a few words from your day.
You commit, once.
One goal, in your own words. While it is running you cannot add a second. The constraint is the point.
Each day you are given something specific to do.
Not the same prompt every time. Today’s is assigned today, so what you submit has to have been made today.
Your proof is read, not just filed.
Every submission is checked for three things: that it is genuinely new, that it addresses what was asked, and that it is consistent with the work you have already done. You get one sentence back explaining the decision.
Miss a day, and the count returns to zero.
Forty-six becomes nothing. That is the whole mechanism, and it is why the number means anything at all.
- A file you have already submitted, even renamed.
- A recording made last Tuesday and saved for tonight.
- A photograph of a screen instead of a thing.
- Text that answers a different question than the one you were asked.
- A day that reads like a copy of the day before it.
This is an honest record, not a score to protect. Miss a day or submit false proof and the count resets. Read that as the agreement, not a surprise.
